How to book your SPORTING TOURS holiday

General:

It is advisable to contact us first, or visit our latest news page, to check that the Tour you are interested is not already fully booked. Many of them book up quickly, but we may be able to suggest an alternative.

Please read our booking conditions, together with the details of insurance cover.

Please complete a booking form for the tour you require. Then post the
booking form with your card details or a cheque for your 30% deposit to our UK office.
** All Etape du Tour holidays require a 50% deposit.

How can we pay for our holiday?
There are 2 of ways you can pay for your holiday;

1. Pounds Sterling cheque: Then post along with the booking form to our UK office.

2. Credit Card / Debit Card Payment: (No surcharge for credit card or debit card payments) Then fax the booking form to our UK office.

It is now a conditional policy of GRAHAM BAXTER SPORTING TOURS that all clients travelling with ourselves must do so with adequate travel insurance covering accident, personal injury, loss of luggage and cancellation. We can arrange suitable travel insurance through Towergate Chapman Stevens Ltd, and underwritten by Van Ameyde & Wallis Ltd.

We don't insist that you take our cover, but if you don't, we need full details of your insurance cover along with a completed copy of our insurance disclaimer form to accompany your booking.

If your own travel insurance details are not enclosed, we reserve the right to deduct our insurance premium from your deposit received.
Overseas customers are required to take out adequate travel insurance in their own country.


How can I make a booking? (Overseas Clients)

Print off a booking form from the web site and fax it to us on (+44 113 28435 88 - 011 44 113 284 3588 from the USA) or email it to us. Providing we have availability the booking will be registered at the time we receive your booking form. (On receipt of your booking form we will only contact you if there is no availability of trip required). After that date you will have 5 days to get the 30% deposit payment to ourselves by posting a sterling cheque to our office. If we do not receive payment within 5 days your place will be released for sale.
