Liege Bastogne Liege 2013 Three Nights Holiday
(Including the Liege Bastogne Liege Sportive)
19th
-
22nd April 2013
Liège-Bastogne-Liège is well and truly the oldest of cycling's classics. This is your chance to witness one of the oldest and truest cycling Spring Classics. Join us on this weekend travel package to the 2013 Liege Bastogne Liege.
Nicknamed the "Doyenne" of the classics as it is the oldest race which still currently takes place, Liège-Bastogne-Liège really is a good bet.
The big guns of the cycling world have taken the title: Eddy Merckx, Jacques Anquetil, Bernard Hinault, Moreno Argentin, Michele Bartoli, and more recently Belgian rider Philippe Gilbert.
Although it takes place across "flat land", this race skims numerous Coasts, such as the renowned Côte de la Redoute, a regular feature of the race. Will the last hurdle, the Côte de Saint-Nicolas separate the men from the boys?
