29th March - 8th April 2013

For 2013, we will again be offering you the chance to spend 10 days at the Spring Classics.

You will start the week doing the sportive version of the Tour of Flanders and after this you will see 2 fantastic races, the Tour of Flanders and the Scheldeprijs before riding the Roubaix Challenge and watching the Paris - Roubaix Pro race.

In case you want us to come and collect you from Brussels airport or you want to meet us at the Novotel in Gent, you can opt for this travel package which gives you the same trip as when you book the coach trip from the UK.

Itinerary:
Friday the 29th of March:
We will spend 6 nights on a Bed and Breakfast basis at the centrally located Hotel Novotel in Ghent. The group from the UK will arrive in Ghent at approximately 20.30hrs. The hotel is in the centre of Gent and the rooms have free WIFI and free coffee and tea making facilities.

If you have booked to take part in the Tour of Flanders cyclo sportive and you have booked your entry through us, we will have your entry info and bib number ready for you on arrival at the hotel. Please note that if you get your own entry, you will have to queue up in the morning before the race.

Saturday the 30th of March: TOUR OF FLANDERS CYCLO SPORTIVE
There will be the option of taking part in either the 150km or 75km Tour of Flanders cyclo sportive event that follows the latter part of the race route including all the famous climbs. For those not bringing bikes, the day will be at leisure in the city of Ghent. We will have a Sports Tours International vehicle which will support as many of you as possible, giving feeds and mechanical back up, but there will be numerous organized feeding stations and mechanical service present. (Please note - we are not able to offer the 240km sportive).

Sunday the 31st of March: TOUR OF FLANDERS PRO RACE
Today is the Tour of Flanders Professional race. We will use our expert knowledge of the region to see the race at numerous locations, including the famous cobbled climbs of Flanders.

Monday 1st of April:
We hope to repeat previous year’s program where we visited the famous Eddy Merckx factory in the morning and in the afternoon we had a bike ride through the Flanders countryside.

Tuesday 2nd of April:
We hope to meet up with one of the pro teams and have a morning ride with them. In previous years we have met up with CSC & Liberty Seguros. In the afternoon we visit the Tour of Flanders museum in Oudenaarde.

Wednesday 3rd of April: THE SCHELDEPRIJS
Today we travel to Antwerpen for the start of the 101st Scheldeprijs. Using our expert knowledge of the region we hope to see the race at numerous locations and the finish back in Antwerpen. Will the 2011 world champion Mark Cavendish win again like he did 2 years ago?

Thursday 4h of April:
After breakfast today we travel from Ghent to Valenciennes (France) where we spend 4 nights on bed and breakfast at the 4* Hotel Novotel. Those with bikes can ride from Ghent to Valenciennes.

Friday 5th of April:
After breakfast, you'll be taken to the registration for the Paris Roubaix Challenge in St Quentin. After this, you'll have some time to take a short ride and make sure your bike is in full working order to the event on Saturday.

Alternatively you can ride the 80km to St Quentin and we will take you back on the bus. We will be able to drop you half way there as well if preferred.

Saturday 6th of April: ROUBAIX CHALLENGE
After an early breakfast, we will take you down to the start of the Paris Roubaix Challenge for the big event! At the end, we'll be there for you at the finish in the Velodrome in Roubaix. After everybody has finished, we will take you back to the hotel in Valenciennes so we are well located to see the race the day after.

Sunday 7th April: PARIS - ROUBAIX
You will be taken to the start in Compiegne, after which using our expert knowledge of the race route and you will see a number of pave sections such as the Forest of Arenberg and the finish on the Velodrome at Roubaix. After the finish you will return to our hotel in Valenciennes.

Monday 8th April:
Return travel to the UK or transfer back to the airport.

TWIN TO SHARE OPTION:
Do you want to take part in this great event but your mates are not into cycling or they can't get time off work? Use our 'twin to share' option. We will pair you up with another person so you don't have to pay the sole occupancy supplement.

SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENT: £489

Deposit required at time of booking: £380

(If you select the race entry for the Tour of Flanders cyclo sportive and the Roubaix Challenge this is payable in addition to the standard deposit and this part of it is non-refundable).

Whilst we try very hard to deliver your tour itinerary as specified at the time of booking, sometimes circumstances beyond our control may prevent us from providing the exact tour itinerary that is advertised and in such circumstances we do not assume liability for any loss of the advertised elements of the itinerary. At time of booking we require a non-refundable deposit of £400 per person, plus the full Race Entry Fee, which is non-returnable once booked. The balance of your travel package must be paid, at the latest, 12 weeks before departure to avoid the cancellation of your trip.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Visas are not required to enter France. You need a passport or a National Identity Card (see the website of the Identity and Passport Service (IPS)) to enter France.
