Arrange your flight to arrive at Brussels airport before 15.00. We will operate one transfer from Brussels airport to Gent and our centrally located Hotel Ibis Centrum Kathedraal where we spend 3 nights on bed and breakfast.

The rest of our group will be arriving at approximately 20.30hrs.

If you have selected your entry for the Tour of Flanders sportive through us, we will register for you and your race number will be ready for you at the hotel on arrival. If you register yourself with the race organisers, you will have to queue to register on the morning before the race.

Saturday 30th of March: Tour of Flanders Cyclo Sportive
There will be the option of taking part in either the 150km or 75km Tour of Flanders cyclo sportive event that follows the latter part of the race route including all the famous climbs. For those not bringing bikes, the day will be at leisure in the city of Ghent. We will have a Sports Tours International vehicle which will support as many of you as possible, giving feeds and mechanical back up, but there will be numerous organised feeding stations and mechanical service present. (Please note - we are not able to offer the 240km sportive)

Sunday 31st of March: The Tour of Flanders
Today is the Tour of Flanders Professional race. We will use our expert knowledge of the region to see the race at numerous locations, including the famous cobbled climbs of Flanders.

Monday 1st of April:
Return home. We will operate one transfer back to Brussels at 0900. Please do not book any flights before 1200.
