A long weekend to see the final 3 stages of the 2008 Tour de France, Montlucon stage finish, the crucial Saint Amand Montrond time trial and the final stage of the 2008 Tour de France on the Champs Elysees. We shall spend 2 nights on Bed & Breakfast basis at the 3* Hotel Mercure Pte de Versailles EXPO, Paris and 2 nights on Dinner B&B at the 4* Hotel Les Dryades.

Thursday 24^th July:
Arrange your own flight to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport from where our reps will meet you and take you into the city of Paris where we shall spend 1 night at the 3* Hotel Mercure Pte de Versailles EXPO, Paris. Alternatively meet the group at the 3* Hotel Mercure Pte de Versailles EXPO, Paris.

Friday 25^th July:
After breakfast we shall leave Paris and travel to the town of Montlucon where we shall see today’s stage finish. After seeing the stage finish we shall travel to the village of Pouligny Notre Dame, near to La Charte where we shall spend the next 2 nights on half board basis (Dinner B&B) at the 4* Hotel Les Dryades. Those with bikes will be able to ride to the hotel from the finish in Montlucon.

Saturday 26^th July:
If the 2008 Tour de France hasn’t been decided by now, then surely today’s 53km Individual Time Trial between Cerilly and Saint Amand-Montrond will.

After breakfast we shall travel to Saint Amand Montrond where you will see the finish of this all important time trial. Those with bikes will have the opportunity of riding out onto the time trial course whilst those without bikes will see the finish.

As an Official Tour Operator to the Tour de France we can offer you an exclusive package where you spend the morning at the riders start village in Cerilly, after which you will follow a rider over the whole time trial course in an official Tour de France car and when you get to the finish you can take your place in the exclusive Izoard hospitality bus 100mts from the line where you will see the rest of the riders finish the time trial. After the time trial we shall return to the Hotel Les Dryades for our final nights stay.

Sunday 27^th July:
Finally the Tour de France arrives in Paris with its 8 lap Grand Finale up and down the famous Champs Elysees.
After an early breakfast you will be taken to Etampes where you will see the start of the final stage. Here you may get chance to meet the riders and get autographs and photos. Immediately after the start we shall travel direct to the Champs Elysees where you will see the 8 lap finale and post race lap of honor. After the days events you will be taken back to your hotel.

Monday 28^th July:
After breakfast we shall leave dropping clients off at Charles de Gaulle airport for 10.00hrs and arriving in Calais at 12.00hrs in time for the 13.00hrs sailing to Dover. We will make drop offs in the UK at London, Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds and service stations on the motorway networks used.
