Thursday 24th to Monday 28th July 2008
As
an Official Tour Operator of Le Tour de France, we are able
to offer you this fantastic package to the final weekend of the 2008
Tour de France where you will get exclusive access to the final 3 stages,
including the crucial St
Amand Montrond Time Trial.
For both the stage finishes of Montlucon and the Cerilly to St Amand
Montrond Time Trial, you will see the stage finishes from the exclusive
Izoard hospitality bus located very close to the finish line. Here
you will have hostess service of drinks and snacks whilst watching
this classic stage live on T.V. and after seeing the stage finish from
this exclusive viewing area champagne will be served to celebrate the
stage winner. You will also receive a behind the scenes visit of the
media / technical zone and after the finish you will be able to see
all the post race media interviews.
On the final stage of the 2008 Tour de France you will be taken to
the stage start town of Etampes where you will have VIP access to the
official start village and riders enclosure. Here you will get to meet
the Tour de France riders and other cycling legends. After seeing the
stage start we shall travel into Paris and you’ll take your seat in
one of the exclusive Champs Elysees Grandstands with service of drinks
and snacks, from where you will see the final stage of the Tour de
France with its 8 lap finale on the cobblestones of the Champs Elysees.
The trip will be available for those with and without bikes, and
where bike rides are offered, these will be guided by an ex Tour de
France rider.
Accommodation will be in 4* Hotels throughout.

Thursday 24th July:
Arrange your own flight to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport from
where our reps will meet you and at 14.00hrs we shall leave and travel
to the outskirts of La Charte where we shall spend 3 nights on Dinner
B&B at the excellent 4* Hotel Les Dryades. Apart from a good hotel,
our location here is excellent
for the next two stages.
Friday 25th July: VIP Hospitality for the Montlucon
stage finish
Today’s penultimate road stage of the 2008 Tour de France sees
the riders face up to a 163km flat stage between Roanne and Montlucon.
After breakfast those with bikes will be able to ride to the
town of Montlucon, whilst those without bikes will be taken in
the tour vehicle. We shall take our place in the exclusive VIP
Izoard hospitality bus located very close to the finish line. Here
you will have hostess service of drinks and snacks whilst watching
the stage live on T.V. and after seeing the stage finish from this
exclusive viewing area champagne will be served to celebrate the
stage winner.
After the stage we shall return to the Hotel Les Dryades.
Saturday 26th July: VIP Hospitality for the St
Amand Montrond Time Trial stage finish
After breakfast we shall travel to St Amand Montrond for the
finish of today’s final time trial. Those with bikes will be able
to ride there whilst those without bikes will be taken by the tour
vehicle.
On arrival in St Amand Montrond we shall take our place in the exclusive VIP
Izoard hospitality bus located very close to the finish line. Here you will
have hostess service of drinks and snacks whilst watching the stage live on
T.V. and after seeing the stage finish from this exclusive viewing area champagne
will be served to celebrate the stage winner.
After the stage we shall return to the Hotel Les Dryades.
Sunday 27th July: Exclusive access
to start village & riders
enclosure
Finally the Tour de France arrives in Paris with its 8 lap
Grand Finale up and down the famous Champs Elysees.
After an early breakfast you will be taken to Etampes where you will have VIP
access to the official start village and riders enclosure. Here you will get
to meet the Tour de France riders and other cycling legends.
After seeing the riders off from Etampes we shall take you immediately to the
Champs Elysees where you will see the 8 lap finale and post race lap of honor
from a Grandstand seat with hostess service and snacks and drinks provided.
After
the finish we shall take you the short distance to the 4* Mercure
Paris Suffren Tour Eiffel where we shall spend 1 night
on B&B.
After checking in you will then be taken the short distance to the River Seine
where we shall enjoy a dinner dance cruise on the River Seine, aboard a typical
Parisian River Boat.
Monday 28th July:
After breakfast we shall leave Paris. We shall offer transfers
from the hotel to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport at the following
times 07.30hrs, 11.00hrs & 14.00hrs.
