TOUR DE FRANCE 2013 FINAL WEEKEND IN PARIS PACKAGES Saturday 20th to Monday 22nd July 2013

This tour encompasses the historic final stage of the Tour de France on the Sunday in Paris with the unique late finish on the Sunday evening.

These are travel packages for the final weekend of the 100th Tour de France in Paris. Accommodation will be in the heart of Paris, only a few steps away from the Eiffel Tower, either at the 4* Mercure Paris Suffren Tour Eiffel, or the 2* Ibis Cambronne.

In addition to the basic trip, we can offer you a wide selection of Tour de France Grandstand and Hospitality options. (please see below) as well as the option of a river Seine lunch cruise on a typical Parisian River Boat with panoramic views of Paris.

Saturday 20th July:
We will collect clients in the UK from Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham and London. Additionally, Please contact us if you require to be picked up at a service station on the motorways used.

We will take the 15.40hrs sailing from Dover to Calais, and travel direct to Paris, where we spend 2 nights at the 4* Hotel Mercure Paris Suffren Tour Eiffel or the 2* Ibis Cambronne. The hotels are located in the heart of Paris only a few steps from the famous Eiffel Tower. The rest of the evening will be at leisure to sample Parisian restaurants if you wish.

Sunday 21st July:
On Sunday, enjoy a leisurely breakfast, then the day can be spent at your own leisure enjoying the sights of Paris. Late afternoon, we will walk the short distance from the hotel to the Champs Elysees. You will see the passage of the Tour de France Publicity Caravan, followed by the arrival of the 100th Tour de France who will complete 8 laps of a circuit based on the Champs Elysees.

The final stage of the 100th Tour de France will start from the Chateau of Versailles, and with another break in tradition, it will arrive in the eevening on the Champs Elysees for a night time finish and a fireworks celebration to commemorate 100 editions of the most famous bike race in the world.

Monday 22nd July:
We will leave Paris and commence the journey back to the UK, taking the 13.30hrs sailing to Dover arriving Dover 14.00hrs, London 16.00, Birmingham 19.00hrs, Manchester/Sheffield 21.00hrs and Leeds by 22.00hrs.
